Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to many countries around the world using DHL/ FedEx through trusted logistics partner. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Get free shipping for orders over IDR 3.000.000 within Indonesia and over IDR 5.000.000 for international orders.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. International orders processed here will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. All international orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations due to international shipping and customs process
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country, you may need to pay import duties, VAT, or DHL handling fees before recieving your parcel. These fees are customer's responsibility.
How much are custom & handling fees?
This depends on your country. We recommend you checking with your local custom office for exact charges.
Are colours exactly the same as photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately. However slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
