Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
International Orders & Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the regulations of your country.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, please note that:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
A refund cannot be issued for rejected or unclaimed parcels
